The digital terrain today not only poses various challenges but also offers significant opportunities for market players. A series of trends that are highly relevant to businesses facing digital realities have been emerging. As businesses in the digital era explore new approaches to value creation, delivery, and communication, a fundamental challenge for them is to transform their operations with a customer-centric focus. As such, this course aims to introduce relevant digital technologies and their applications from a customer-centric perspective to undergraduate and MBA students. 

課程目標
The course encompasses lectures, case discussions, online simulations, and group project presentations. By the end of the semester, participants are expected to be well-versed in business-relevant digital technologies and their customer-centric applications. Additionally, participants are anticipated to grasp the essence of customer-centric strategic considerations through engaging in case discussions and projects. 
課程要求
1. Form your group (4 students in each group) and nominate a team leader by Mar. 4.
2. Choose and fix your seat in the classroom. Group members should sit together.
3. Complete the case assignments and readings before coming to the class.
4. Active participation, both in class and in group, is emphasized in this course.
5. Taking this course implies that you are willing to show on time, form a team, participates in classroom activities, contribute to the projects, and take the final exam.
6. Participants should carefully follow the course schedule and be ready to engage in classroom discussions.
